I believe that a city can be defined by it's popularity for street food. For a hard core street food maniac like me this indeed is the mission when I moved to a new city. I lived in Pune for almost a decade and loved all the lip smacking stuff the city had to offer. Shifting to Hyderabad was a little tough. But destiny brought me to another City of culinary czars.
So, my hunt for the good food started in Hyderabad. Pani puri has always been my first love. I believe that if you have worked hard during the day, you truly deserve that beautiful plate of pani puri. I was referred by a lot of local friends to this Chaat place in Jubilee Hills called "Maharaja Chaat". I could see a lot of crowd up there, this implied that the place is definitely quite well known. I ordered for a 'Ragada Pattice' (chaat) and of course the most awaited 'Pani Puri'. The Chaat was simply amazing, correctly spiced and satisfying. Then came the time for the Pani puri eatathon. At that time I could not speak because I had my mouth filled with those super delicious Pani Puris and after that I was just speechless. The Pani puris were simply awesome, spicy and crunchy.
The Staff is well experienced at handling big crowds at one time. There are no hassles while delivering the food and every one is served with smile. I liked my food experience at the Maharaja Chaat, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. This place is a must visit and highly recommended for any food lover.
